We’re welcoming Fabien Jouves back to Hong Kong for the first time since 2014!

Join us for a tasting at the Cellar, where Fabien will walk us through a selection of 10 of his cuvées, showing the range and energy of Cahors - a region known for structured, darker-style wines where Malbec (locally called Côt) is king.

But Jouves comes in with a different approach and direction: organic farming, low intervention, and a style that focuses on freshness, energy, and tension.
