Not your typical rosé. "Harmonic chaos" as winemaker John Wurdeman likes to describe this wine. All the grapes come from a micro vineyard where all the varieties are harvested at different times as they ripen. They all have varying maceration times too, so the wine comes out more like a light red than a rosé.

ABOUT THE REGION
Georgia, a cradle of winemaking, has become a huge wine destination for natural wine drinkers. Located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, it boasts a rich tradition of crafting natural wines using the ancient Qvevri method, where wines ferment in large clay vessels buried underground.
