Qedeli Brewing Rkatsiteli Saison (750ml)

A Wit beer cofermented with Rkatsiteli skins and hops. Quite light and acidic, with an aromatic character coming from the Rkatsiteli. Light, refreshing, goes very well with stinky, creamy cheeses and fried rice/noodles.

WHO ARE QEDELI BREWING?
Started by John Wurdeman of Pheasant's Tears, this project is based in Sighnaghi, Kakheti. Their range is a focus on making good beers that make sense to be made in Georgia. No triple hop IPAs with imported ingredients, no chocolate fudge stouts or beers made to not taste like beers. Their incorporation of grape skins is done in a way that not only adds a layer to the drink, but doesn't take away from the base of what the beer was intended to be. Drink them young and fresh for best taste.
